Do I need fitness equipment?
Nope, casual loose clothing for exercise is all that is required. For some of the activities a yoga mat may be more comfortable. General fitness equipment such as weights, running shoes are optional.
Do I need cooking equipment?
Nope, you should have everything. We do encourage the use of measuring spoons, cups and optionally an electronic food weighing scales. These are things you will use time and time again and are very inexpensive.
How much room do I need?
For home exercise a good test is: lie on the floor with your arms and legs outstretched, this should be enough space. Simply removing a coffee table or using quiet space in your bedroom should be sufficient.
Do I need lots of ingredients?
No. All our recipes are designed to use the minimum amount of ingredients. Typically there are 5 ingredients per recipe and these will be readily available at your local store. Some ingredients will be required but you will use them time and time again.
I’m fit and healthy already?
Our programs are designed to help everyone whether starting out or seasoned pro. We hope we can still help you improve your health through other ways such as exploring new foods, relaxation techniques and culinary arts. Additionally we offer great tracking and support services which are useful to every level of participant.
Do I need to like cooking?
No, we understand that everyone is different and not everyone likes cooking. While we highly recommend home preparation, its not essential. There are lots of simple recipes that require no cooking and are easily and quickly assembled.
Do I need high speed Internet?
Nope, we do offer a lot of video content which is optimized for all devices such as mobile and tablets. The programs can be used without this content if your home connection is very weak.
How much time is required each day?
All programs are designed with a busy schedule in mind and should not take more than 20 minutes a day to complete. Some of the optional activities such as training and cooking will take more time but these can be scheduled to suit you.
